Took the What Me, Worry? quiz and got a YOWZA? Don’t need no quiz to tell you that you been at risk? Not sure? You might want to think about getting tested. You got choices for where to get tested. Some of them are good 'cuz they understand teens. Some are more adult places. You decide which one works for you.
AIDS Council: Testing is FREE and confidential!
Every Thursday (except holidays) at Equinox, Inc., 95 Central Ave., Albany from 3:30-6:30 PM. Just pop in to the Outreach Center and let one of the staff know you're interested in getting an HIV test or getting tested for STDs--the test is for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Test sessions usually last about 1/2 hour, and they don't have to take blood. We always have a lot of people wantin' to get tested but you can hang in the outreach center while you're waiting. Testing is FREE and they even give out FREE safer sex stuff.
